No-Show Policy:
Non-refundable: If a customer does not show up for their scheduled tour, the payment is non-refundable. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if there are any issues preventing you from attending the tour.

Unfavorable Weather: In the case of unfavorable weather that cancels the tour, a full refund will be issued.
